Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients:
    3 scoops Choc/Peanut butter whey protein
    4 Tbsp ground flaxseed meal
    5 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    6 pkts Splenda + ½ cup granulated Splenda for baking
    2 Tsp baking powder
    1 ½ cups Oat Flour

    Wet Ingredients:
    1- 15oz can pumpkin solid pack puree
    1 cup egg whites
    3 whole eggs
    2 Tbs natural peanut butter

    Stir in:
    1 cup chocolate chips

Tips

After cooling and cutting this into bars, put leftovers in ziplock bag and refrigerate. This freezes well also in a ziplock bag, but cut into bars first.


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix eggs egg whites, pumpkin, and peanut butter in separate bowl or mixer, and then add to dry ingredients. Mix everything together and stir in chocolate chips. Pour in 13X9 cake pan. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
