    Giant Eagle Egg Substitute, 3.25 cup (1/4 cup per miffin tin)
    Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 182g (14g per miffin tin)

    Yellow Onion, 50 gram(s)
    Carrots, raw, 50 grams
    Zucchini, 216 grams
    Broccoli, fresh, 50 grams
    *I cook veggies in skillet before I add to miffin tins*

Directions

spray muffin pan, put sausage, cooked veggies and cheese on muffin tins, pour in egg substitute, cook @ 375 for 35-45 min
