Ingredients

2 - 9inch deep dish pie crust
1 - can of cream of chicken soup
1 - can of mixed vegi's (drained)
1/2 - can of evaporated milk
1 - 5oz can of chicken meat (drained)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together in a bowl the cream of chicken soup, mixed vegi's, evaporated milk, chicken meat and salt and pepper. You may add more milk if needed or if you like your pot pie thicker, less milk. Pour mixture into one of the pie crust and with the other one you can place it on top. If you want to get fancy take a cookie cutter and cut different shapes and place on top. Place in the oven at 350 for about 15-30 minutes, or until the pie crust on top is golden brown. Take out and serve with a salad or side dish of your choice. Quick and easy.
