    Juice of 1 Lemon
    1 Medium Banana
    1/2 Cup frozen Wild Blueberries (no sugar added)
    1/2 Cup frozen Dark Sweet Cherries (no sugar added)
    1/2 Cup frozen Raspberries (no sugar added)
    1/2 Cup frozen Spinach
    4 oz. Water

Tips

I use a Vita Mix blender.


Directions

Add ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
