Ingredients

    1/3 c. 2% cottage cheese
    2/3 c. almond milk
    1 1/2 cup ice cubes
    1 tsp. vanilla ext.
    1/4 tsp. peppermint ext.
    2 Tbsp. powdered Xylitol
    1 square Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate Bar
    Fat-Free Reddi-Whip

Tips

Makes 2 (approx. 6 oz.) servings


Directions

Place all ingredients except the chocolate into a Magic Bullet and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency. Break chocolate into a few tiny pieces and add to shake. Pulse a few more times until chocolate becomes small flecks. Put a squirt of FF Reddi-Whip on top and ENJOY!
