Ingredients

    2 lb. ground turkey
    1 med onion
    3 Tbsp. Mexene Chili Powder
    2 cans black beans
    2 cans kidney beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can diced chiles
    1 8-oz can V8


Tips

May add more chili powder or substitute chiles for a spicier result. This is a soup type chili -- not thick.


Directions

Brown turkey, onions and chili powder. Add all other ingredients to crockpot. Once turkey mixture is browned, drain off any grease and add to crockpot. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
