Ingredients

    Pork roast
    sweet potato, peeled and cubed
    2 cups cubed apples
    1 cup light apple juice
    allspice- about a tbsp
    caribbean jerk seasoning - about a tbsp
    splenda brown sugar- about a tbsp

Directions

Cook on low in slow cooker for approximately 8 hours - I turn on the cooker before I leave for work and it is done when I get home
