Ingredients

1 15 oz can Hunt's Tomato Sauce
1 can Del Monte Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Mushrooms
4 Pork Chops (lean, boneless)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Large onion
Directions
1. Remove excess fat from pork chops.
2. Spray pan lightly with cooking spray, sprinkle pork chops with pepper and brown them on both sides.
3. Meanwhile, slice onions.
4. Add onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and garlic powder to pan with pork chops.
5. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook until pork chops are done and onion is soft (about 20-30 minutes.
