Ingredients
-
4 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp black Pepper
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Rosemary
4 5" long Sweet potatoes, cleaned, with the skin on.
Tips
It is important not to use too much rosemary: in large quantities, it can overwhelm the flavor.
Directions
Cut each potato in half, and then slice them into long thin wedges. Mix the oil and spice ingredients in a large bowl, and then toss the potato wedges in the mix until they are evenly coated.
Lay the seasoned wedges on a baking pan in a single layer.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes, then flip and cook for 20 additional minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 4 entree-sized portions, or 8 side-dishes (calculated)
