    11 Flour tortillas (the smallest ones)
    2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
    1 c shredded cheeses
    1/3 cup (or more) salsa
    2 tbsp melted light butter


May add sour cream, guacamole, or other toppings but will add to nutritional values.


Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cook chicken and shred

Mix chicken, salsa, and cheese
Spread about 1/4 c mixture on each tortilla. Fold and lay seam side down. Melt butter and brush on top of each chimichanga to help make crisp. Bake for 25 mins. Or 20 and 5 minutes under the broiler to make extra crispy.
