Introduction

Ingredients

    4 medium sweet potatoes, shredded
    1 egg
    1 t each of cumin, onion powder and garlic (more or less to taste)
    .25 t black pepper
    1 T arrowroot flour

Directions

Shred sweet potatoes in a food processor.
Mix egg, arrowroot and spices into sweet potatoes.
Heat pan to medium heat, spray with Pam and place sweet potatoes in pan. Cook each hash brown for 3-4 minutes per side.
