Ingredients

1 8-inch Mission Low Carb Soft Tortilla
1 Tbsp Kroger Parmesan and Romano Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup Great Value Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Sprinkle of Shredded Sharp Cheddar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Tips
You can always add additional toppings. We did turkey before. Just don't forget to add them separately into your nutritional tracker.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Put tortilla on baking sheet. Brush Extra Virgin Olive Oil evenly on both sides or the tortilla.
Spread the 1 Tbsp Pasta Sauce evening across the tortilla. Sprinkle the 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese and the Sharp Cheddar.
Bake for 8 Minutes and turn the broiler on for 1 minute.
Cut into whatever kind of slices you want and enjoy!
