Ingredients

1 can low sodium garbonzo (chickpeas) beans, drained (15 ounce can)
1 cloves diced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cummin
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 ounce of water
Tips
great served with crisp vegetable, or toasted nann, or pita bread.
Directions
put everything but the water in your food processor or blender. You can use whole garlic cloves instead of dicing them before hand ( I use a big jar of pre-diced garlic, we go through a lot!). Blend everything until smooth, or just about (whatever your preference). Use the water to further thin out your hummus, until it reaches a consistency you like. Serve room temp or cold.
