Introduction

This recipe comes from the Chocolate-Covered Katie website. I've made these w/ dates or dried cranberries in place of the raisins. All are good! Ingredients

    6 T OATS
    1/2 C Walnuts
    1/2 C Raisins, not packed
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp salt

Tips

These aren't very big although 1 is a nice snack in between meals. You can use different nuts for variety and it doesn't change the calorie count much such as pecans.


Directions

Place oats in blender or food processor. Blend til flour form. Add all other ingredients and blend. Once the mixture looks well blended, you will form into four balls or can be patted into bars. Mixture is dry. You need to really squish together to get it to hold. And enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 4 Walnut sized balls. 1 ball per serving
