Ingredients

    1/2 pound (8 oz) Baby carrots
    6 teaspoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

Tips

If you don't have white pepper, black will do.


Directions

cook baby carrots by boiling or by steam, whichever you prefer, until just tender. In a small saucepan, heat up the sugar, butter, salt and pepper till mixture is just bubbly. Add cooked baby carrots and cook for 1-2 minutes.
