Ingredients

Fresh Express Baby Kale Mix, 5 oz
Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice, 0.5 cup
Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (40g)
Pork Chops, 2 pounds
Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
tarragon, dried, 1 tsp
Onion powder, 1 tsp
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Cumin seed, 1 tsp
Olive Oil Spray
Directions
Spray pan with spray oil. Pan cook pork chops adding cumin, onion powder, tarragon and garlic powder. After browning, use vegetable broth to keep pork moist. Remove pork chops when done (retaining liquid in pan) Cut pork into strips.
Add 5 oz greens, cranberries and crushed pineapple to the pan and cook down greens. Add cut pork strips and heat on medium stirring periodically for a few minutes to let flavors blend.
