    1 beet, peeled and grated.
    1/2 a large carrot, peeled and grated.
    1 apple, cored and chopped.
    1/2 cup Swiss Chard, chopped.
    1/4 of a large stalk of celery, chopped.
    1/4 cup oat bran
    1 cup mango juice.
    1/2 cup water.
    1 teaspoon honey.


Add more or less water, as desired.


1) Peel and grate the beet and carrot.
2) Core and chop the apple.
3) Dice the celery and Swiss Chard.
4) Place everything into a high speed blender (I use the Nutri-Bullet), and blitz or puree' it until it becomes smooth.
5) Pour into 2 glasses and serve.

Serving Size: makes 2 servings.
