1.75 cup Hunt's Tomato Puree (100% Natural))
1 - cup Beans, Canned Navy Beans, Bush's
1/2 cup Onion Raw
1 small white Potato, boiled and mashed
8 cloves Garlic, chopped
3 cups chopped kale
2 TBS dried basil
2 TBS dried oregano
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1.5 tsp chili powder
Black pepper to taste
(Garlic powder to taste)
