Ingredients

    1. Onion-1 small chopped
    2. Green, red, yellow bell pepper (I use half of each if using all three-optional)
    3. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4. 1 can cream of chicken soup
    5. 1 can enchilada sauce
    6. 1 can cheese soup/nacho or cheddar
    7. 1 can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, rotel (the cheese dip stuff) (I added-not on original recipe)
    8. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    9. 1 sm can green chillies
    10. 1 cup sour cream (recipe calls for don’t think I’ve ever used it)
    11. Left over Turkey (shredded chicken or ground beef also can be used)
    12. Grated cheese (recipe calls for 1 ½ cups…but I usually use more)
    13. Tortilla chips

Directions

Sauté onion and bell peppers.
Combine ingredients 3-10 in large pot on stove while sautéing onion. When onion done add to mixture. Heat until well combined and just starting to bubble.
Crush tortilla chips and layer: chips, cheese, sauce, cheese, chips, cheese, sauce, cheese, chips, cheese, sauce, cheese…
