    3/4 Med Spanish Onion diced
    5 small to medium carrots
    3 medium white potatoes
    2 links smoked turkey sausage
    2 cans garbonzo beans with juice
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 pinch saffron
    1 box frozen peas
    1 bay leaf
    2 tsps chicken boullion
    1 tsp garlic salt

Directions

put everything in pot bring to boil simmer for 1 hour
