Chicken thigh 8 oz
worchestershire sauce 1tsp
soy sauce 3tbsp
asian seasoning 1/2 tsp
ginger sauce 1tsp
couscous 1 box prepared
great value mixed veggies 2 cups
Directions
Cook chicken in sauce and seasoning. Cook other ingredients according to package instructions. Layer in a bowl. I love veggies, so 2/3 a cup is not a large enough portion and I can't snack much during the day at work, so I need to make sure my lunch sustains me.
