Ingredients

    2 pounds chicken breasts (could use whole chicken)
    1 cup chopped yellow onion
    8 cloves garlic
    2 cups cabbage
    2 cups broccoli
    2 cups kale
    2 cups spinach
    1 TBLS cilantro
    1 TSP rosemary
    1/2 TSP basil
    1/2 TSP oregano
    1/4 TSP thyme
    1 bay leaf
    Sea salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 -5 hours.
