Ingredients

    1lb Dreamfields medium shape pasta, cooked and drained
    2 lb Imitation Crab meat
    1 lb peas
    2 C smow peas, blanched
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 8oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1.5 Tbs Paprika
    .5 tbsp ground cumin
    .5 tbsp ground coriander
    .5 tsp chili powder
    1 C butermilk
    .5 C sour cream
    .5 C mayonnaise
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine: pasta,crab,peas, snowpears, celery and water chestnuts. In a smaller bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mis dressing with pasta and toss to combine. Serve Chilled
