Ingredients

    I box Barilla tri-color rotini
    half bag of broccoli slaw or rainbow salad
    half bag of frozen peas
    1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
    1 can black olives, sliced
    3/4 cup diced red onion
    4 large sliced peperoncini peppers
    1/4 bottle Newman's Own light basalmic vinagrette
    Garlic powder and pepper to taste

    (also good with avocado added right before serving or fresh parmesan)

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.

In large bowl combine cooked pasta, broccoli slaw, frozen peas, onions, peppers, olives and dressing. Season with garlic powder and pepper to taste.

best served the next day.

I often add some chopped avocado before eating, or some fresh parmesan. anything goes!
