Ingredients

    1/2 medium apple peeled
    2 clementines or 1 medium orange
    1 cup spinach loosely packed fresh
    1/2 small banana
    4 small strawberries
    1 cup ice

Tips

Fresh fruit is great but frozen fruit saves money and wont spoil so you can use it anytime.


Directions

IN this order place the fruit in the vitamix:
1 cup of ice
orange
strawberry
banana
apple
spinach


Set vitamix for 1 mintute. Use tamper if necessary

Serving Size: makes 2 8 oz glasses
