Ingredients

Peel a Kiwi and slice in half

Peel a banana and break into 3

1 cup of mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants) - I used frozen berries as they are more refreshing and keep the smoothie cold.

Add all the above into a blender - I used my sons babyfood blender as its just the right size! The add a portion of Low Fat Natural Yoghurt...then Wizz together until a thick smoothie is made.

Thats all! Ready to serve! You could even add some oats on top. I have this for breakfast, eaten with a spoon, or even for a snack when I want something filling and sweet tasting! ENJOY

Directions

Blend all the ingredients together until a thick smoothie is made, serve straight away.
