Ingredients

4 whole, large eggs
1.5 to 2 TB of Light Mayo
2 tsp of Yellow Mustard
1 tsp of paprika
Tips
This is NOT EXACT. Very estimated. Do less and try it as you go... it's meant to taste similarly to a deviled egg. Lots less mayo than normal... so slightly healthier.
Directions
1. Hard boil four eggs.
2. Crack and peel the eggs and chop them.
3. Take the mayo, mustard, paprika and mix it thoroughly in with the eggs.
4. Season with other things or add more mayo/mustard if you need it.
