Ingredients

    1 TBLS Olive Oil
    1 onion diced
    4 cloves garlic minced
    red pepper flakes
    1 bell pepper diced
    1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey
    2- 15oz cans black beans
    1- 15 oz can cannelloni beans
    1- 14.5 oz crushed tomatoes or fire roasted
    1 1/2 TBLS chili powder

Directions

Heat onion, peppers, and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Then add ground turkey until browned throughly. Stir in beans, tomatoes, chili powder and pepper flakes until well blended. Reduce heat to low and cover and simmer for 60 or more minutes.
