Ingredients

1 - 213gr can of pink salmon
6 - saltine crackers crushed
1 - egg
0.5 cup of non fat milk
1 tbsp chopped onions (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F
Open canned salmon and remove and visible skin
Crush or remove bones if desired
Place salmon in small oven proof dish and break apart with fork
ADD
6 crushed crackers
1 egg
0.5 cup of non fat milk
Stir all ingredients together
Place pan in oven and bake for 30 minutes
Tastes great hot or cold

This is nearly identical to the one my Mom made and I have made for years, I don't think my Mom used to add the milk (I don't nor do I add the onions anymore). Found out after 35 yrs someone hated it and only ate it to keep the peace (its NOT that bad). Best with lemon juice and salt/pepper. - 6/16/17
