This is nearly identical to the one my Mom made and I have made for years, I don't think my Mom used to add the milk (I don't nor do I add the onions anymore). Found out after 35 yrs someone hated it and only ate it to keep the peace (its NOT that bad). Best with lemon juice and salt/pepper.
