Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1/2 cup oil
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking powder
    3 cups whole wheat (white flour can be used)
    1 cup chocolate chips (can substitute cranberries or other items)
    cinnamon/sugar mix for top



Directions

blend all ingredients except flour and chips
add flour - blend
add chips
divide dough into 3 equal loafs
sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix
bake for 15 minutes @ 375
bake for another 10-12 minutes @ 350
cut into strips when cooled
