Ingredients

Juice of 1 orange
Zest of 1 orange
Juice of 2 lemons
3 Tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

Directions
1. Zest the orange
2. Cut orange in half and juice it
3. Juice the lemons
4. Add the olive oil and a dash of salt
5. Whisk vigerously
Serve immediately over my Raw Beet and Fennel Salad or save in fridge and reshake before dressing.
