Introduction

Simple, bright dressing to accompany any lovely salad. Goes great with my Raw Beet and Fennel Salad! Simple, bright dressing to accompany any lovely salad. Goes great with my Raw Beet and Fennel Salad!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    Juice of 1 orange
    Zest of 1 orange
    Juice of 2 lemons
    3 Tbsp olive oil
    Salt to taste


    YES IT IS THAT EASY!

Directions

1. Zest the orange
2. Cut orange in half and juice it
3. Juice the lemons
4. Add the olive oil and a dash of salt
5. Whisk vigerously

Serve immediately over my Raw Beet and Fennel Salad or save in fridge and reshake before dressing.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 1.5 cups
