Ingredients

    1 tbsp Butter, softened
    8 oz cream cheese, softened
    1/2 of a 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
    1/2 of a 1/3 cup Fat Free Greek yogurt
    1-16 oz Ricotta Cheese, strained
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2/3 c powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp powdered sugar
    1/2 c. mini semi sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. heavy whipping cream

Directions

Cream together butter, Greek yogurt, cream cheese and 1/2 of a 1/3 c. heavy whipping cream. Strain ricotta cheese (place ricotta cheese on several paper towels and gently squeeze ricotta cheese until liquid is gone and ricotta cheese can hold it's shape--may have to do a couple of times) and then add to cream cheese mixture. Add 2/3 c. powdered sugar and vanilla extra, mix well. Taste and add 2 Tbsp powdered sugar if not sweet enough. In separate bowl, whip 1 c. heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into ricotta/cream cheese mixture. Gently fold in chocolate chips. Serve with graham cracker sticks or fresh fruit.
