Ingredients

    *brown lentils, 1 cup (remove)
    *Carrot (fresh), 100 gram(s) (remove)
    *Red Bell Peper, 148 gram(s) (remove)
    *sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), 1 serving (remove)
    Dill weed, fresh, 5 sprigs (remove)
    *Italian Parsley, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

boil water with lentils for 5 mins, then drain water and fill with fresh water so the water is above lentils 4 inches when water start boiling add salt to taste (half a tbsp) and cook lentils for 30 mins.
Mean time peal one big carrot and dice it (about one cup)
one bell peper red or yellow core and dice.
one sweet yellow onion diced
put all the above ingredients into the pot with lentils.
cook 10 more mins
then add all the herbs. turn the heat off.
let stand for 10 =15 mins.
enjoy.
