    1 6oz tub Great Value Brand Strawberry Yogurt
    1 Medium Banana
    1/4 C Skim Milk
    4-5 Ice Cubes

Tips

You can vary the amount of milk, depending on how thick you like your smoothies.

Also, don't be afraid to try other flavors of yogurt. It's not like there's going to be a test on it...
