Ingredients

    15 oz chicken breast
    1 c plain bread crumbs
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    6 oz part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
    4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
    2 c Prego Heart Smart Trad Sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350degrees

Cut chicken into 4 equal size pieces and pound to desired thinness

Mix bread crumbs and 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl.

Heat olive oil in large skillet

Completely coat each piece of chicken with bread crumb mixture and cook in skillet until lightly brown on both sides.

Place browned chicken in a single layer in a baking dish

Top with mozzarella cheese, remaining parmesan cheese and sauce.

Cook for approximately 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly
