Ingredients

1 Banana
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup to 1 cup canned pumpkin
1 scoop protein powder (this can be omitted if you do not need the extra calories)
1 cup to 2 cups power greens or mixed green medley (I always add greens to my smoothies they make it thicker and add some extra iron
1/8 cup chopped pecans
Pumpkin pie spice, Cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice, nutmeg are all great flavor additions that help enhance the pie flavor. I like to add a bit of cayenne to it adds an unexpected little kick.
Tips
If you are craving pie for a desert try this: make the smoothie poor into a whiskey glass. Get some Greek yogurt flavor it with some cinnamon and vanilla and add a dollop of the yogurt on top sprinkle with a few more pecans and enjoy! (my daughter is a big fan!)
Directions
Put all of the ingredients in a blender with ice mix until smooth.
