Introduction

An easy, healthy snack with low calories and LOTS of potassium and Vitamin C. An easy, healthy snack with low calories and LOTS of potassium and Vitamin C.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz. 100% Coconut Water (pure coconut water, I use Zola or O.N.E)
    1 cup 1% milk
    2 cups cubed cantaloupe
    1 banana
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    crushed ice (or cubes if your blender can crush them)

Directions

Place all ingredients into blender (I use my Ninja) pulse until well combined. Add ice to desired consistency.

Serving Size: Make 4 one cup servings
