Introduction
By far one of the easiest chicken recipes out there. I saw this on pinterest several times. I do not usually like things that have mustard in it but really enjoyed this. My husband took one bite and said "you're making this again." By far one of the easiest chicken recipes out there. I saw this on pinterest several times. Ingredients
-
1.5 lbs chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
1/4 c real maple syrup
1/2 c dijon mustard
1 T rice vinegar
salt and pepper
fresh rosemary
Tips
Calculated nutrition based on 4 servings. We had a side salad and a baked potato with it and it was definitely enough.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450.
Mix together in a bowl syrup, mustard and vinegar.
In a foil lined pan, lay out the thighs. Season them with salt and pepper. Pour dressing over chicken to evenly coat.
Bake for 40 minutes. Halfway through, baste chicken.
Check temp around 36-38 min mark. Should be 165F.
Let chicken rest 5 mins.
Sprinkle rosemary over top.
