    Red Onion chopped, 1 cup
    Clove of Garlic, 3 cloves
    Red Wine, 1 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 4 cup
    Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 3 cups
    Tomato Paste, 2 TBLS
    Low Sodium Soy Sauce, .45 TBLS
    Light Brown Sugar, 2 TBLS
    Cumin seed, 2 tsp
    Paprika, 2 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp
    Bay leaves 2 leaves
    Chick Peas, 2 cup
    Cannellini Beans -1 15 oz. can
    Raisins, .75 cup, packed
    Black Pearl Sliced Black Olives, 16 gram(s)

Directions

Heat oil in skillet, add stew meat and brown, take out of pan and put onions in pan, saute' until soft, add garlic and cook 30 seconds longer. add all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
