Ingredients

    1.5 tbsp flax meal and 4.5 tbsp water
    2.25 cups buckwheat flour
    2.25 baking powder
    1.5 tsp cinnamon
    0.5 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp salt
    2 small banana mashed, riper the better
    1 zucchini grated fine
    2/3 cup milk of choice
    sliced almonds, optional (other nuts work as well)
    1 tbsp oil
    2 tbsp apple sauce

Directions

mix flax meal and warm water together and let sit
mix dry ingredients
mash banana and mix wet into dry
