Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1/4 cup melted margarine
    1/2 cup non-fat milk
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 cup white flour

    1/8 cup melted margarine
    1/8 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon

    In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup margarine.
    Stir in milk then baking powder and flour. Spoon into cups half full.

    Topping
    In a separate small bowl melted margarine.
    In another bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon.
    While muffins are still hot/warm, dip top into the melted margarine then into the sugar cinnamon mixture. Cool. Serve.

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. grease 8 sections of cupcake pan Or 24 mini-muffin pan.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until tops are lightly golden.
Then follow with the topping mix.

Serving Size: makes 8 large cupcakes or 24 mini muffins
