Very Healthy, Pretty much just Chicken & Tomatoes but tastes awesome!

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3-4 Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless
    2 cups Salsa (takes care of spice so no chili powder)
    1 can Tomato Sauce
    2 cans Stewed Tomatoes
    Red Kidney Beans (optional)

Tips

I like to add Zucchini or squash at the end to the chili or just steam them and pour the chili over top to get veggies in


Directions

Put chicken on bottom of crock pot
Pour Salsa on top
Add Tomato Sauce & Stewed Tomatoes

Cook 4 hrs on High / 8 hrs on Low

Remove Chicken, shred and return to pot

Toppings: Cheese, tortilla chips, etc

Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
