Ingredients

    1/2 Roasted Chicken from Walmart
    Campbells Condensed Fiesta Nacho Soup
    3 Medium Potatoes diced into small pieces
    2 Cups Frozen Whole Kernel Corn
    1/2 Cup Chunky Salsa
    Red Pepper, Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Add 1/2 cup of the deboned, cut up chicken meat to a pot with your canned soup, water, chicken broth and diced potatoes. Cook for approximately 45 minutes until potatoes are tender and serve. I garnished with lowfat mozarella cheese.

Serving Size: 2 Cups - Makes approx Six 2 Cup Servings
