Introduction

This is a nice summer pasta salad. You can adjust and add ingredients per your own taste & dietary needs; such as adding shredded cheese, green pepper, diced hard boiled egg. Ingredients

    1 c. Ham, diced ( used Smithfield boneless ham steak that I diced)

    8 oz. Pasta, cooked (used mini farfalle)

    1 1/4c. Peas, frozen thawed

    Dressing:
    1 c. Miracle Whip

    1 tbsp. White Vinegar

    1/4c. sugar

Tips

Great for summer meals or cookouts. I put the peas in the colander as I drain the pasta it helps to thaw the peas if you did not thaw before hand. Add or lessen sugar and vinegar amounts to your taste.


Directions

Cook Pasta according to directions. Rinse with cold water until pasta is cold to the touch.
Dice Ham
Thaw frozen peas

Whisk dressing ingredients together.

Stir all ingredients together and serve or chill until ready to serve.
