Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1.5 cups almond flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    2 Tbsp baking powder, aluminum free
    1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1/3 cup sour cream
    4 Tbsp melted butter

Tips

I tried a larger hamburger bun sized tray but they ended up being too thin to split in half. I might try a 6 cup muffin pan to see how that turns out.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees & spray muffin pan with coconut oil. Set aside.

Mix almond flour, salt, garlic powder, & baking powder very well. Add in cheese & mix evenly. In a separate bowl or large measuring cup, melt butter in the microwave, set aside. In another bowl, mix eggs & sour cream together.

Using a hand mixer, add eggs/sour cream to the dry ingredients until well mixed. Add melted butter & continue mixing.

Spoon 2 heaping tablespoons into the muffin pan & bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
