Ingredients

    1 kg. lean beef (all fat trimmed off) cubed
    1 kg. white potatoes cubed
    500 grs. carrots chopped
    300 grs. green beans
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    4 fresh tomatoes chopped
    300 grs. celery
    4 cups water
    2 bay leaves
    1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp. steak sauce
    2 cloves of minced garlic
    2 tbsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    (adjust spices based on personal preference)


Directions

Put everything into crock pot with 4 cups of water. Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
