Ingredients

    Almond Flour - 2 cups
    Arrowroot flour, .25 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Pure Maple Syrup - Grade B, 2 tbsp
    Coconut Oil, .25 cup
    Egg, 1 large
    Dried Cranberries , 1/4 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*
combine flours, salt and baking powder in a bowl. In a smaller bowel, combine maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and one egg. Blend well and pour into dry ingredients, combining evenly. add zest of one orange and the dried cranberries. Form dough into a ball, and flatten into a disc on a baking sheet. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes. Serves 8
