Ingredients

270ml Black Beans (half a can of 540ml/19oz)
2 eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Canola Oil
1/3 Cup Unsweetned Apple Sauce
1tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup of Crumbled Mini Wheats
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1 tbsp (to decorate if wanted... not calculated)
Tips
When you eat Mini Wheats and you're done with the cereals, keep the crumbs at the bottom of the bag instead of throwing them in the garbage.

Preheat oven at 350 degrees

Pour beans in a blender and make a texture puree with those
In a bowl, with a whisk, mix the eggs and sugar, add the beans puree, the oil, apple sauce and vanilla. Mix all. Keep aside.
In another bowl, mix the flour, the cocoa and the Mini Wheats crumbs. When mixed, add to "previous mix".
Pour the mix in the 20x20 cm baking mould that has been previously buttered and with parchment paper.
Cook for 20-25 minutes (or until a toothpic comes out clean)
Cut in 16 pieces.
