    Honey Mustard, 2 tsp
    Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 2 slice
    Cucumber (with peel), about a third of a cucumber, sliced long so it goes easily on the bread
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 3 leaf, medium

Directions

layer with cucumber
Add turkey
squirt some honey mustard on the turkey
